Hi there, our brown omnibox on our external wall has lost its cover and now the wires are exposed to the rain. Please could we get this replaced as I'm worried it might be responsible for having intermittent service
Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
The wiring is pretty resilient to the weather, so don't worry too much.
