Need more details. A hub5 uses many more ‘channels’ than the old hubs so you may have an underlying circuit problem that you did not know about.

Once the VM Hub 5 was activated for your account, the previous VM Hub would become deactivated.

If you've just got a hub5 this will replace the older router.

Are you having issues with your brand new hub5?

  • Hi TrafficProducer

    Welcome to the community forums

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Hub 5. If you've had a new hub installed your older hub would cease to work as the new hub replaces this on the account.

What seems to be the issue you're having please? We can offer support via the community forums if you need?

What connection speed are you on , and which hub did you use before it was replaced with the hub 5?

Hub 3 and below can only work with speeds up to 600Mbps

You need either a hub 4 or hub 5 for Gig1 speeds.
