Not received Contract confirmation after signing up

I recently joined Virgin media broadband and i have not received any contract confirmation stating what i am in contract for. I wanted to log in online so I can see what’s my billing for this month but it requires an account number and area reference code to finish logging in. 

I have been calling customer services and every time they have been telling that I will get my billing through the post in a couple of days but it has been a week!!! and I am still waiting. 

This is really frustrating as we dont have visibility of our contract!

    You're right to be concerned. You only have 14 days to cancel if the contract is not what you agreed, and you can't check the contract if you can't see it.
