No Welcome email or delivery of kit
Hi guys,
I placed an order for Broadband on Monday 10/03/2025 and in the welcome contract email it said that I will be getting a welcome email soon. It's been 4 days and no communication at all from Virgin media. I've had no Wifi in that time so this has been quiet inconvenient for me and my family.
Could someone from the team help me, as when I try to phone them it asks for my customer number but as I've had no email I have no customer number.
