I received the new virgin media broadband today and it's my first time installing broadband at home. On setup, I discovered there's no virgin media wall socket to plug in, anywhere in my house. Please how do I go about getting the socket installed?
I have tried calling, but the initial verification keep bouncing back saying that my account cannot be found.
Do you have any other cabling or sockets that look like the required coax connection?
Do you have an external wall box for VM or maybe 'NTL'?
