No tracking info received

I signed up to VM Broadband back in November, requesting 20 December as my start date as that is when my contract ends with my existing provider.

I have not received any tracking info or contact from Yodel which I would have expected if it is to be delivered tomorrow.

The track order help links on the website and app just takes me to a blank page.

It seems from other posts that there are delays, however I'm very concerned that I'm going to be without broadband over Christmas.

  • Assume delays through to January and call your current provider today to extend by a month.

    Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated
