No tracking from Yodel

I ordered M250 Fibre Broadband on Thursday 28th November 2024. I was emailed that my QuickStart installation kit will be deliver yesterday. I am waiting for Yodel to send me my  tracking reference number. Is this normal? Should I wait or just cancel?

  • It's not normal and we are not currently being told what the next steps are regarding getting outstanding deliveries to us, following the delay and inconvenience we are all facing.

  • I am facing the same issue. My kit was supposed to be delivered yesterday but no tracking received from yodel and virginmedia says it is with yodel who is having delays. No communication from virgin or yodel about the delay and no alternate date given.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

    We're sorry to hear there has been some delays to receiving your equipment. As a result of an ongoing warehouse site issue, which began Sunday 1st December, all orders placed from the evening of Friday 29 November onwards have been delayed and will not be delivered as planned.

    Customers will receive a text message to let them know that there is a delay to their order, once the order is shipped, courier delivery information will be sent via text message as normal.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Exactly the same here. I ordered a replacement for my failing Hub 3 - they are sending a hub 5 - on December 12th. Date given for delivery was 20th December. No word at all from Yodel who are supposed to tell me when it is out for delivery. I am in the dark as to what my next step is??
