No show

Was given an install date for today and nobody has shown up had to have someone waiting all day. Have rung and keep getting told to call back with not so much as a sorry.

app was booked for 8am to 1pm I’m guessing they won’t be showing up now what a complete waste of a day

    We can see you have called and spoken to the team since posting, were you able to speak to the Pre Installation team on 0800 052 1734 for an update or a reason for the delay and failed visit?

      I’ve spoken to a few people numerous times and each time get a different reason 

      the background noise during conversations makes it difficult to hear what they are saying and it really doesn’t help that they have poor English and talk too fast and don’t let you explain 

      I’ve just been fobbed off am none the wiser and turns out it’s now going to be September before anything happens which is an even bigger joke we had a card through the door saying fiver was now available and have a letter thru the mail yet apparently it’s not 

      so you see my dilemma total and utter confusion

        The Pre Installation team would be the best team to speak to for an update on whats happening hjh40.
