no show from engineers

I’ve now wasted two days and no contact no show from engineers and 12 hours on phone to various depts promised call back still nothing three days on !!!! Absolute shambles would Richard Branson put up with this ??? I’m self employed so it’s cost me a fortune in lost earnings!!’ No way of finding out whether my issue going to get resolved so I’m stopping payments forthwith

    Did you reply to the PM from Akua_A?

    What are the issues you are currently facing?

    What VM services are not working?

    Does VM's fault reporting advise of known issues?

    In the absence of detailed info about the problem you are unlikely to get much useful help on here.

    Have you tried the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area? VM routinely cancels tech visits if an area fault is identified after the appointment is booked. If VM does not give you 24 hours notice of the cancellation, then VM owes you £31.19

    Cancelling payments to VM, in an attempt to prompt VM into action, invariably backfires on the customer. The only action it prompts is for VM to launch its debt recovery processes. These are automated and work very efficiently. They begin with late payment fees and ultimately can end up with a trashed credit history and bailiffs at the door.

    You may possibly get some help on here if you want to outline what the problem is that you are facing.
