No service at new address
Hi all. My service was disabled Friday night as I moved into a new address today ( Saturday ). My installation pack never got delivered by Yodel ( normal haha ) so I've just connected my wifi/tv boxes and switched on but I have no services. Is there something I'm missing ? Is there something in this pack they're sending that I have to have to connect ? The box on the wall at my old house oddly had to be plugged into the mains but this one seems to have no mains connection.....I'm not sure that makes any difference. Just trying to sort this as I have a daughter with autism who gets frustrated with no Internet !
