No monthly discounts showing on my account

good morning, 

My broadband account went live 10 days ago. 

My account includes a monthly discount lasting for 24 months, but at present no discounts show on my account.

When will these discounts show on my account ?

My first bill isn't due to be published until 7th Nov, but my account currently shows a deduction of my full monthly charge without any discounts applied .

Would any other community members be able to shed some light on this please/
