No internet
Approx 3 days ago my Hub5x dropped connection over wifi an Lan devices I had no access to the internet despite status showing a solid white light. After an hour I decided to do a factory reset using the Hub web interface and after this the light status changed to constant flashing blue still no acess to internet.
At this point I factory reset using the button at the side of the Hub 5x to which acess to internet was restored. However today some 2 days later I have once again lost acess to the internet my wifi devices connect to Hub 5x but states no internet with all ethernet devices also zero connectivity. My Hub light status is a flashing blue. I have once again preformed a factory reset using pin hole button side of router but during reboot the Hub5x simply offers solid white light for appox 1 minute then flashing white for a very short period then returns to a flashing blue light and stays flashing blue.
Any help or support would be much appreciated.
