no internet for my house

i have had virgin installed in my area since september 2023 but my house has not been installed, ive been incontact with virgin to be papped multiple time, how difficult is it to give a service to someone that is still willing to pay for your service, i know for a fact that there is houses in my street that are able to get it but do not want it

There could be any number of reasons for a property being declared unserviceable. What you have to bear in mind is that in VMs cable areas the infrastructure build is entirely theirs & not shared. As a result there is no USO (Universal Service Obligation) on them as there is with Openreach infrastructure to service every property.
