Virgin Media contractors working in West Worthing 10 August. Pulling cables through pavement were people walking, no PPE (not even high vis vests), no gas tests. Shocking. Already caused outages to other networks through damaging cables. No regard to health and safety. Tried talking with them but contractors and don’t really care.

Do you recall the contractors that were working in your area that caused the issues? In regards to the damage to other networks, has this been raised with the networks impacted? Usually this needs to be done so we can liaise with them to get the damage repaired?
