No Contract or Wifi Hub Received

Our wifi hub was meant to arrive on 07/10/25 but we have yet to receive it or our broadband contract. I am unable to contact the help and support on my virgin media as I need my account number which I do not have as not in receipt of the contract. Please can someone advise?

    Hi nlangford,

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.  They can trace you by your full address including postcode

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
