No connection

Finally, after a 3 week delay I recieved my quick start equipment today I've set it all up and the hub is just continuously flashing green. What does this mean?

    It means that it can’t connect to VM’s systems.

    Now there are two possible reasons for this.

    Firstly that the Hub hasn’t been ‘activated’ on your account, in theory this should all be done automatically, but sometimes you need to call them (I believe there is a phone number included in the self-install kit). They will need your account number, (probably) address, and the MAC address of the hub, and this should be on a sticker on the bottom or back of the hub.

    The alternative, is that someone, probably a previous occupant, has disconnected the VM cables, at worse, cut them all away! In this case, you’ll need a tech visit to check and (hopefully) restore them.
