No Catch Up
Wondered if anyone can help?
I have been unable to get catch up for over a week now…message says unavailable v210..try again in a few minutes…there is also a message saying network cable unplugged…it is not unplugged!
Done all the checks advised,unplugged box three times so far….green light flashing on the front of the box with two arrows pointing in different directions….dont know what it means!
All lights on the router are OK…TV is OK apart from catch up not working!
Anybody got any ideas please?
