Newton Aycliffe Build

Question

I am also from Newton Aycliffe and eagerly waiting full fibre to be made available.

I tried to contact the Pre-installation and Delivery Team (0800 052 1734) but was directed to sales (who unfortunately couldn't say when it would be available, other than "in progress" for the general area)

I'm currently out of contract with my current provider so don't really want to recontract with them if Virgin services are going to be available soon.

Is there any other number that I could try ?

It is unlikely staff here will know when the network is going live in any area as there are so many factors outside VMs control. In the case of NexFibre it is a third party build that will carry VM services.
