Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, apologies our services are not yet in your building. Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide an estimated date to complete this as this is information that is not obtainable, there are many stages after the works have been completed before it can be signed off as a live address to provide Virgin Media services. We can only advise to keep checking the website, please register that you want services in that area as once completed those who have expressed interest will receive some form of communication or a visit from a field agent to advise we are now in your area.
After completion and those who wish to sign up with us, may require additional works to be done to bring the service from the cabinet in your area to your property, in this event we ask customers to be mindful of this and ensure that any current services you are in receipt of that you maintain until the external work is completed, any updates on external works with dates and such can be advised to you via private message in the Community Forums.
