New TV entry point needed

Hi,
I need to get my VM TV cable entry point moved. I've seen one or two other posts on here about this (and associated £25(?) fee) so hopefully a VM person will pick this up....please! (tried the website chatbot - but that's useless as it assumes I want to report a fault).

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
