New Service
Evening all,
So I received my new kit almost a month ago now and the home I moved in to, had a white virgin box in the living room wall but it looked quite old. The cable I got in the box to connect the hub to the socket wouldn’t fit properly so I had to stick with the old cable and box.
Can anyone confirm if my signal/service is correct and the signal/power levels are within range.
I was also wondering how I go about getting the two block WiFi pods to match my hub 5 please. Customer service said I should request them online?
