New Installation - Still no broadband

I had my router installed on the 24th of December. On completion of the installation the engineer advised there was an issue with the activation service. Two days later, and having spent a ridiculous amount of time on Chat and on the phone to customer service, we still have no connection. 

When will this be fixed Virgin?
