New hub 5 and 1gb....but speed and account not been updated
Hi yesterday received new hub 5 ...I'm upgrading to 1gb ..
Connected up but no internet connection so I phone... told it would come on at some point during the day .
This morning still no Internet so phoned again got a very helpful person...eventually after an hour .. after taking mac address was able to connect but still on the 500mb speed and my account package still says I'm on 500mb volt ...so how do I get them to actually upgrade my speed.which I'm now paying for .
