New fibre install not working
Hi all,
Had a new 1G fibre install completed 24hrs ago yet nothing seems to be working yet?
TV box says account retrieval error, Hub5 is just flashing blue and the MyV app says I have no account?
I've tried the help line but no-ones been in contact.
The engineer left he's number but he's not responding either...
A somewhat disappointing start to our relationship.
Any advie from anyone please.
