New customer, no welcome email or confirmation??
Hello I set up a new broadband only deal on the phone with a sales assistant who promised to send the contract and welcome pack by email so that I can use these details to register an account.
I have not received any confirmation of my order or any details and now I am unsure of what date I will be set up as nothing has been confirmed.
I can not access any help pages as it asks me to log in but how can I do this without an account number?
Tried calling customer service for help but my calls go unanswered??
