Hi I will be shortly moving into a new build property which doesn't show on the postcode checker however yesterday I was shown the Virgin Media box outside which just needs final installation work to allow the fibre connection. Could you please message with the details on how best to proceed in understanding this process/confirmation if Virgin Media can be installed at the address

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in joining us. Do you know if the developers have any limitations to the internist service provider that can be installed in the new builds? Sometimes new builds will have a contract with an internist service provider who will supply the service for the new builds for a certain period. The developer would have the information for you should you need it. Let us know if they say that it's available for you and we can see what else we can advise that the developer has not been able to answer.
