New Build House connection

I'm moving into a newbuild house tomorrow,

Inside the house has virgin branded sockets and all the connections you can think of.

The house is one of 3 which are the last to have been built on the road and have literally only become completed in the last couple of weeks.

Every other house on the road is showing In the list as suitable for virgin. When calling im being told that the house isnt serviceable by virgin. But why would the house come with virgin branded connections? And why does every other house on the road have the ability to have virgin but these 3 houses? 

 

Does anyone have any experience of this situation? Is it just because the house isnt showing up anywhere yet?

      Coming up to 2 months later and the saga is still ongoing. A Kelly communications contractor came out today to advise he came out 3 weeks ago and told Virgin that the box by the side of the road has no network in and yet they still sent him out again today to which it still has no network.

       

      A complaint already logged but have literally lost the will to live with this situation
