New Build Address Not Listed – Please Help Add to System

Hi Virgin Media team,

I’ve recently moved into a new-build property, but unfortunately my address is not yet showing up in your system. I’ve already checked with Royal Mail and they have my address listed correctly.Could you please advise on when the address will be added, or if the New Build Team could help get it added sooner? I’m hoping to sign up for Virgin Media broadband as soon as possible.
