Neighbours have Virgin Media Broadband but I can't - help please

Hi,

So Virgin Media broadband is available in my area and has higher speeds than my current provider but it's not available at my property. When filling in my neighbors' addresses through the checker, it came up as available for them and they're only a few meters away from me. 

I've seen that other users on this community forum had the same issue and were able to get Virgin media broadband after all.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

    There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.

    Once we have a better understanding we may be able to escalate this to one of our team to resolve for you because we would love to have you as a customer.

    Hi Jon, 

    I've sent you a PM with pictures that show that the developers have installed a duct from my house to the pavement. This should mean that it's possible to get virgin broadband, right?
