Been wanting fttp for ages but online always says not available yet, tried yesterday with my neighbours door number and it has worked, this is the case for all houses and flats on my side of the street except mine....any suggestions?

Although it is unusual for all properties barring one to be serviceable it isn't unheard of and comes down to when the initial cabling was laid. If there were any issues at that time it may prevent access to the teams being able to complete the necessary work. It may also just be a case of running the cabling from the street to the property to allow access, we'd recommend calling the team on 0800 183 1234 who will be able to arrange someone to come out and see if it is possible to get you connected.
