Need to move a cable near my roof.

Hello, 

Couldn't find any help from the phoneline, but i need the broadband cable near my roof that leads to the brown box moved as it is too close to some guttering that needs repair. 

I know there is a cost, and someone needs to be booked, but i cannot find the correct place to ask for the service, other than here. 

Any help?

    Depends how high the roof is as to how easily you can get this fixed. Virgin technicians only carry ladders that reach to the first floor, as they are not heights trained nor do they carry the required safety gear. Specialised heights teams are few & far between.
