Need a wall socket installing

Hello everyone. 

So I have received my Hub but I am unable to install it as I don't have the wall socket connection in my home! 

I need to book a technician appointment so I can get one fitted! 

Please help 😊🤗

    Hi lizzypig 

    The quickest solution would be for you to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734, explain the problem and ask for a manned install

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    Or wait a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick this up for you.
