Need a longer coax cable
Need to move the router to a new position and the cable I have would be too short. Can I request an engineer to fit a longer cable?

You can get a 3 metre long cable sent to you.
If you need longer than that you can get a technician to come and fit a cable to the exact length and make any necessary adjustments. The fixed cost for that is £25. A staff member can help you with either when they pick this up.
Yeah I'm fine with a technician call out. Must be a busy day at VM to not get a staff response by now.
Anyone from Virgin Media team able to pick this up?
