My nextdoor neighbour is going to cut me off!

Help Needed ??

The supply cable to my property comes into me via my next door neighbours front garden where the cable has been laid in an unsightly manner and could be considered a tip hazard. This neighbour is not a virgin customer and is threatening to cut the cable and remover from his property unless something is done about it.

Having raised this issue with customer service since last year. They keep closing the case. Everytime I message them I get a reply stating someone will contact me within 24- 48 hours. This never happens and case gets marked as solved.

I did however have an engineer out on the 11th Feb but no one appears to have a record of this.

    We're sorry to hear that your neighbour is looking to cut your connection. Whilst this isn't something we can stop, we are able to get a visit booked for an engineer to get the cable made safe and to look at options for moving it.
