Moving Virgin Point of Entry

Dear Virgin Community,

I have wasted much time today attempting to navigate the Virgin website, apps, chatbots and phone system to see if I can get Virgin to come out and move the entry point in to my property as I am having some building works done. Should be easy to contact them and easy to do the work but as usual with Virgin it is literally impossible to get through to them.

I've seen similar chats on here for others wishing to do the same, but calling Virgin or using the Chatbot just doesn't work, so I'd appreciate some help on how I can book someone asap to do this simple piece of work.
