Moving house
My wife and i are moving house and the reinstallation (installation) date given to us is too far. Can VM reimburse us if we buy a temporary internet while wait for the our internet to be installed?

That is not something that VM do, costs will be down to you.

If they can't provide you with a service for that period and you are still being charged the monthly fee, you should be able to claim compensation.
Bear in mind that if an outside contractor is required for the installation, the date you have been given is only an estimate.
