moving house

I have logged with Virgin im moving on 2nd june with service at new house activated for 3rd june. i have received an txt message to say my install kit would be here tomorrow and then and email to say it will be delivered to new house by 3rd june ??? We dont move in till 3rd? will it come to old or new address.  went to go onto chat , as only way i can see to query but takez so long i don't have the time. 🫣🫣
