We're sorry to hear of the issues with your contract since moving, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

Have you been able to speak to the Movers Team in regards to this? Usually, if a customer moves and keeps the same contract and makes no changes it is the same price and contract term remaining. If you are on an older package that is no longer available a new one may have had to be issued.

the contract should simply carry over - why the staff member has not offered help i have no idea - i guess that would mean getting involved rather than just putting it back to you to sort out
