Moving external

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I need to arrange for my external cable and box to be moved due to some&nbsp;building work. I’ve tried customer service and chat and have gone round in circles getting nowhere. Can anyone advise how to get this sorted please?&nbsp;&nbsp;Kirstie.&nbsp;

After the lovely Beth’s support to arrange an appointment, I am now left very disappointed by the engineer. He attended promptly as promised yesterday and told me he was unable to move the box himself but would arrange for a team to come today, confirming by text message this was sorted. They have not visited today, meaning I have been stuck in all day and have effectively paid £25 standard fee for literally nothing.

PLEASE can someone arrange for this to be sorted as soon as possible?

Hi Kirstie2 thanks for your reply here, so sorry this still isn't sorted.
As you still have a PM exchange with Beth, for consistency and more speed I'd advise dropping her a PM and she will be more than happy to look into this further and try to get this resolved.
