Moving connection point

Hello

I contacted by phone & by bot with no help. Every method of communication sends you around in circles with no answer. I am long term customer who doesn't receive discounts for being new so have to pay a premium & still get below par customer service. Could I please  move my connection point please?

  • When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone and then explain you need a "non-fault tech callout" for £25.

    Best time to call is around 8am when the lines open.
