Moving cable point to relocate router

Hi,

Just moved into a house and signed up for Virgin Media. Previous owner had VM but the location for the router isn't ideal so would like to get it moved if possible.

Anybody know how to go about arranging this? Thanks

    Ask for a manned install and not a “QuickStart kit”. The engineer will move the socket to your preferred location.
