I need to get my VM broadband cable entry point moved due to a planned garage conversion. I've seen one or two other posts on here about this (and associated £25(?) fee) so hopefully a VM person will pick this up....please! (tried the website chatbot - but that's useless as it assumes I want to report a fault).

It's just the cabling from the Omni box to the router. The Omni box is basically on the outside wall behind the TV and VM TV box. However, the broadband cabling runs around the house, through the garage and through the back wall of the garage to get to the existing router location. Because we want to convert the garage into two separate rooms we need to move the cable (and router) so it doesn't run through the garage - the idea is to relocate the router to another room which would mean a shorter run from the omni box of about 8m and directly through the outside wall. Does that make sense?
Just update for info - engineer visit was arranged via PM - engineers arrived on schedule and all sorted very efficiently and tidily.
