I want to book a tech appointment to move the fibre cable running from the living room to the spare room upstairs. I had an engineer come out and say this would be possible at a charge.

Standard charge of £25 for a non fault call out fee. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you directly.

We can book an engineer to look at rewiring the cabling for you in the home. There is a £25 charge for these types of requests.
