Move router

Hi hope this time I’ve put this in the correct place 

we are revamping the living room so want to move the router to the other side of the room 3 metres max.

the white cable coiled up in the white box appears to be long enough to reach.

Are there any issues with me doing this?

I know this may seem a daft question but I don’t want to be held accountable for issues this may cause to others in the area.
