move connection point and upgrade Hub
Hi,
I actually have two requests where I cannot find a route through the IVR to speak to an agent:
- How can I arrange a move of the broadband access point from the current unsightly location?
- I have new WiFi6 devices that are being throttled by the Hub 4, being a Gig1 customer can I upgrade this to the Hub 5?
