move connection point and upgrade Hub

Hi,

I actually have two requests where I cannot find a route through the IVR to speak to an agent:

  1. How can I arrange a move of the broadband access point from the current unsightly location?
  2. I have new WiFi6 devices that are being throttled by the Hub 4, being a Gig1 customer can I upgrade this to the Hub 5?

    We can arrange for an engineer to move the broadband access point, but there would be a £25 charge in order to do this.

    Regarding your request to upgrade from a Hub 4 to a Hub 5, we can take a look into that.

    To discuss both queries, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
