Move cables into house

Hi!

We’re having and extension and would like to change where the virgin cable comes into our house but I can’t get this option via the app, calling the automated helpline or using WhatsApp.

Can you help me make this appointment?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

      Thanks. Unfortunately, the automated service just keeps just sending me a text message and ending the call. The text message then leads you back round in a circle.
