Move cable entry point

I’d like to get the cable entry point moved from one side of the house to the other. I believe this requires an engineer appointment and £25 fee..

Tried calling but sent in circles can some one respond here?

    I have exactly the same query! Like you, I've found the chatbot and phone system just lead you in circles. VM have great service....but if you want to change anything, they are much less good (to put it politely!). Seriously considering moving to an ISP like Zen, where you can speak to human beings!

      I can see my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Moving Broadband Cable Entry Point

      Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

      Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
