move 360 box to another room

could someone from CS please contact me to arrange an engineer visit to relocate my 360 box please.

Have got fed up with waiting on chat and phone without any support

    Standard £25 non fault call out fee for this sort of work.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss with you.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you are having a struggle trying to arrange a relocation for your 360 box.
    I will be able to get this arranged from here with the £25 call out fee.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
