Modem and TV box

Ordered Virgin TV and an upgrade to my broadband so a 360 box, mini box and modem are coming my way.

The 360 box and mini arrived yesterday but no modem. Do they usually get sent separately?

    No idea, but knowing VM possibly.  If you moved to >600Mb tier a new Hub is needed if you still have a Hub 3.  Hub 4 and 5 are suitable for >600Mb tiers.

    I've got a Hub 4 but she said i would be getting a new one, i upgraded from the 125mb to 1 gig
