Missing outside box cover

Good evening, 

Hopefully someone can help, I've tried calling VM but couldn't get to speak to a human. 

We've come back from holiday to find our outside Virgin Media box cover is missing with the cables/wires exposed. Not good! We are not VM customers. Just want to see if this is something VM will cover / replace or we need to replace ourselves - if so can we get the replacement cover from VM?

A quick google search revealed many people receiving assistance via this forum.

Any guidance or possiblity to speak to a human about this would be great,

    As you are not customers, you may find this difficult to get sorted.

    We are sorry to hear the box has come away, as mentioned being a none customer it might not be possible.

    However we will send you a DM and we will ask the area managers if they do can do this or not.
